If yoga isn't really your thing but you know it's good for you, or you're an athlete feeling the need to stretch but wanting to work out at the same time, this class is for you. Start with a faster paced flow to get you warmed up and moving, working your full body and core. Sometimes light weights will be used as well to get an even better workout. Then get deeper quad, hamstring and chest openers before heading out the door.
