Build muscular endurance, mobility and relaxation with a hybrid barre and yoga class. Yoga Barre Fusion will incorporate high reps/ low weights with longer held yoga poses to build long lean muscles, open joint capsules and release fascia. We will use barre equipment such as light weights, gliders and small balls. This class will challenge your muscles and your mind to push through blockages to reach your potential on and off the mat.
