Pilates is low-impact on the joints and uses controlled movements, with a primary focus on the core- to build strength, flexibility and endurance in a full body workout. This active class is quicker in pace, harder in level and created for a healthy abled body. Join me while we explore movement in a safe and fun environment. Props needed: Mat, socks, light weights (cans of beans, for example, as a substitute), soft exercise ball (or a couch pillow), thigh bands and occasionally a chair or a wall.
