Service Description

All you need is a chair to get a full body, challenging workout. Have a friend join you and use the same chair for double the fun! Suggested equipment: A sturdy chair! All levels welcome!

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 15 minutes before a class! No refunds are given after the 15 minute window prior to class closes. Thank you and enjoy!
