Join master instructor Sue Wen for this total body class that will leave you feeling accomplished and powerful! Start with 30 minutes of Wen's High Intensity Interval Training, where you will work all of the muscle groups set to fun music, with options offered for all levels. Then transition to 30 minutes of Wen's Power Yoga, where you'll flow, stretch and challenge yourself and complete an ultimate 60 minute workout. Suggested equipment: 2 sets of dumbbells, long and short bands, a yoga mat, yoga blocks. Don't have equipment? Sue will give you modifications as needed!
