About the Event

Virtual Studio Space presents a complementary panel that will discuss election anxiety as well as other anxiety and how to manage it with the use of various tools.

Join us at the conclusion of the event for a complementary Virtual Restorative Yoga and Mindful Meditation Class.

The speakers will be:

Dr. Taylor Lerner

Dr. Lerner is a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in Washington, DC. She works with individuals from all backgrounds but is particularly passionate about supporting those navigating reproductive mental health concerns, as well as young professionals as they face and work through life transitions. Currently, Dr. Lerner provides support to those experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma related to Covid-19 and our political climate.

Gunhee Park, Populum Founder

Nic lives in Chicago, IL and has a Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder.  After living with anxiety most of her life, she started her platform, 'Positively Anxious by Nic' to share anxiety stories in a lighthearted way.  Her mission is to show that you can still live your best life, even if anxiety tells you otherwise.  Her goal is to help people take their power back over anxiety.
