Plank every day for 10 days! Level I- start at 30 seconds and add ten seconds every day until you reach 2 minutes! Level II- start at 1 minute and add 20 seconds every day until you reach 4 minutes. We will do this together, come to class or watch on demand and record your progress. We can't wait to cross the finish line together!!
