Service Description

Flow through an invigorating yoga class meant for VSS athletes who normally wouldn't be "into yoga." This will keep you focused while stretching you out and still giving you a workout for a full mind-body experience! Suggested equipment: A mat and blocks

Cancellation Policy

Cancel up to 15 minutes before a class! No refunds are given after the 15 minute window prior to class closes. Thank you and enjoy!
