Karen is a certified personal trainer who received her certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She prides herself in being a body-positive coach, and her priority is providing group classes to inspire POSITIVITY through exercise. Exercise boosts mental and physical well being and Karen finds balance through exercise, using it as a tool to fuel her body, mind and soul. She hopes she can inspire you to do the same.
