Claire discovered yoga and meditation and their transformative properties in 2015 during her time in college. The practice helped her cultivate and maintain a better state of mental and physical health. In turn, she wants to share with others the same benefits the practice provided for her.

 

Claire lives by these four principles: balance, discipline, focus, and strength. In 2017, Claire earned her Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hour Training and completed further studies in yin yoga and yoga nidra. She has been teaching all levels and energies of yoga classes in Chicago since February 2018. Claire's mission is to make sure you leave her class feeling better than when you entered, whether it's a fast-paced, sweaty powerflow or a slow and peaceful meditation.
