We are so excited to offer CFG only classes every Monday morning, to start your week off with your co-workers in a healthy, fun way.
Designed to accommodate all levels, this is your chance to interact and get to know the instructors who are there to design these workouts for you. So feel free to chat before class, talk about modifications, challenges, and your personal goals!
Classes will occur in the following rotation:
1st Monday of the month: Joey teaches Barre Sculpt
2nd Monday of the month: Maria teaches Strength and Cardio
3rd Monday of the month: Sam teaches Yoga
4th Monday of the month: Maria teaches Bodyweight HIIT
5th Monday of the month (if applicable): CFG picks or instructor popup- communicate what you like with us and we will give you more!
Equipment varies but generally, a mat, and a set or two of weights are a great place to start.
